1- Definition of the system (applying a title) and the nature of its work:

Address application is an application that serves all groups of Syrian society, whether (subscriber or user) to facilitate access according to the individual need to the destination he is looking for, where the company downloads the subscriber data (including his name, nature of work, work location and phone number)

2- The entity responsible for the system (address application) and its relationship with it:

The responsible party is the Levant Company licensed with Commercial Registry No. 92805 and is the owner of the application (a copy of it is attached)

3- The location of hosting the system (address application) is a Syrian server within the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic.

4- User rights and responsibilities, protection mechanisms and privacy for his information. It is of two types:

1 - The subscriber: he is the owner of the scientific or economic activity who wishes to participate in the application and put information about his commercial or scientific work (name - phone number - nature of work - address) and it is subscribed to through a representative from the company in exchange for paying an annual subscription amount in cash .

2- The user: It is any person who searches within the application for the address that he wants to access. The application provides the user with protection for his information, and the application does not need access to any validity or information from the user and it is free to use.

5- The rights and duties of the entity responsible for the system (address application)

This application shall have an intellectual property right belonging to the manufacturer of this application. Its duties are to provide a correct service for the citizen - to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information contained in the application - to have a special number for customer service

6- Verify the information that is entered to the subscriber through a representative of the company to ensure that there is no wrong information that leads to misleading the citizen. In this case, the company excludes the subscriber and does not allow him to subscribe or access the application again.

7- Amending the usage policy.

The adjustment is made according to the development that requires modification

8- Other information that the agency responsible for the application finds appropriate.
